Payment Policy
Solid Path Psychiatry currently operates on a self-pay basis and does not bill insurance directly. Payment is due at time of service.
Patients may request a superbill to submit to their insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on the patients individual insurance plan.
Patients are responsible for all fees associated with appointments and any applicable late cancellation or missed appointment fees. All applicable fees and policies will be communicated before services are provided.

Prescription Refill Policy
At Solid Path Psychiatry, we want to help maintain continuity of care and avoid unnecessary interruptions in treatment.
Please Plan Ahead. Submit prescription refills requests at least 3-5 business days before you expect to run out of medication.
Prescription refills are reviewed on an individual basis and may depend on your treatment plan, medication monitoring requirements, and whether you are up to date with recommended appointments.
Please Note:
Refills are not guaranteed and may require a follow-up appointment.
Controlled medications may have additional prescribing, monitoring, and follow-up requirements.
Request submitted outside regular business hours, on weekends or holidays will be reviewed during regular business hours.
Early refill request, lost medications, or request for replacement prescriptions may require additional review.
Prescription refill requests are not intended for urgent or emergency medical concerns.
Cancellation Policy
At Solid Path Psychiatry your appointment time is reserved especially for you. if you need to reschedule or cancel please provide at least 24 hour’s notice.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hour’s notice, as well as missed appointments may incur a $50 late, cancellation or no-show fee.
I do understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. exceptions may be considered on a case-by case basis.
Late Arrival Policy
At Solid path Psychiatry I strive to provide each patient with the time and attention they deserve. Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened to avoid delaying other scheduled patients. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and a $ 50 cancellation fee may apply.
Laboratory Testing
If Laboratory testing is ordered as a part of your treatment, you may complete your testing at a Lab Corp location convenient to you. Laboratory fees are separate from Solid Path Psychiatry fees and are paid directly to the laboratory.
