Meet Nina

Welcome to Solid Path Psychiatry

My name is Nina, and I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of clinical experience, including a background in intensive care nursing. I am currently providing online psychiatric services to individuals in Colorado, Washington, Arizona and Iowa.

I work with individuals from diverse backgrounds who are seeking support for a variety of mental health concerns. My experience includes ADHD, depression, anxiety, co-occurring substance use, and other mental health conditions. I recognize that mental well being is shaped by many parts of our lives and that no two people experience it in the same way.

Reaching out for mental health care can feel vulnerable. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being honest, asking questions, and showing up as your authentic self. Outside of my clinical work, I value family, meaningful connections, and creating spaces where people feel welcomed and understood. These are values I bring into the way I work with others.

At the heart of my care is my belief in meeting people where they are, listening to their experiences, and taking the time to understand what matters most to them. The care I provide is evidence-based, trauma-informed, and gender-affirming, with treatment tailored to each person’s goals, values, and needs.

I value shared decision-making and believe you should have an active voice in your care. My hope is that you leave each visit feeling heard, informed, and confident in taking your next step.

The name Solid Path reflects my belief that everyone’s journey toward mental wellness is unique. My goal is to provide thoughtful, individualized care and support you in finding an approach that feels right for you.
