Services
Individualized psychiatric care for a range of mental health concerns, including:
ADHD
Difficulty with focus, organization, time management, and executive functioning. Care focuses on understanding how ADHD affects your daily life and using practical, individualized strategies to improve attention, productivity, and organization while building routines and healthy habits that support success at work, school, and home.
Anxiety
Excessive worry, racing thoughts, feeling overwhelmed, or difficulty relaxing. We’ll identify the type of anxiety you may be experiencing, explore contributing factors such as stress, life changes, trauma, sleep difficulties, or co-occurring conditions, and develop an individualized treatment approach that may include education, coping strategies, lifestyle recommendations, and coordination with therapy when appropriate.
Depression
Persistent sadness, low motivation, changes in sleep or appetite, loss of interest, or feelings of hopelessness. We’ll explore factors contributing to your symptoms and develop an individualized approach focused on improving mood, restoring energy, rebuilding daily routines, and reconnecting with the people and activities that bring meaning to your life.
Substance Use & Co-Occurring Concerns
Psychiatric care for adults experiencing substance use concerns alongside ADHD, anxiety, depression, or other mental-health symptoms. The focus is on understanding how substance use and mental health may affect one another, addressing underlying symptoms, supporting recovery goals, and developing practical strategies to promote stability and long-term well-being.
Mood Concerns
Changes in mood, energy, motivation, or emotional regulation that may affect your daily life. Support focuses on understanding patterns in mood and identifying factors that may be contributing to these changes, with an individualized approach to improving emotional balance and day-to-day functioning.
Trauma & PTSD
Symptoms following a traumatic or deeply distressing experience may include intrusive memories, heightened alertness, avoidance, emotional distress, or difficulty feeling safe and grounded. Treatment takes a trauma-informed approach to understanding symptoms, identifying triggers, strengthening coping and emotional regulation, and supporting greater stability and day-to-day functioning.
Medication Management
When medication is appropriate, treatment is tailored to your symptoms, goals, preferences, and overall needs. This includes reviewing your current medications, discussing potential benefits and side effects, making adjustments when needed, and providing education and ongoing monitoring to support safe and effective treatment.
